Well, the car isn't possessed as much as it just seems to be cursed. Nothing good has happened since fast sports car has arrived. Oh and it is fast! Love it!
It cost way more than anticipated after all the costs were figured out, there was a $2,500 tune up needed, various small things; all things to be expected when getting a car though. What wasn't expected?
-The crack in the coolant tank that was a $600 repair
-A 24-hour on our way home from dinner Friday night (far from home too, so add an additional $80 for cab rides, plus towing)
-A keying from end to to end on the side of the car, probably done in the impound lot
I guess drinking and driving really isn't a good idea after all. Though it was kind of worth it to see T actually get flustered...first time I have ever seen that.
I think it is a good thing I don't own a car!
Almost ready to move. A few minor things and I am done! So excited to move and not have all of the clutter following me around. I think I have thrown out 10 garbage bags of stuff and I gave away 5 bags of clothes to charity. I hope the homeless enjoy the bag of clothes I found in my storage locker from 1994. The dress I wore to Kim's wedding that year was in there...still covered in wedding cake...don't even ask let's just say I will never be asked to transport a wedding cake topper ever again. But really what were they thinking to ask me in the first place? When you were 19 would you choose to save the beer in your left hand or the wedding cake top in your right? Let's be serious here!
